RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise. To help us address any concerns effectively, please review our guidelines below:

Returns for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

How to Submit a Return Request:
If you notice any issues with your order, please email us at contact@freethehummus.com before returning any products. This allows us to understand the issue and provide the correct return address if applicable. In your email, please include: your order number, name and address, details of the products being returned, reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Return Conditions:
All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. When trying on clothing, please avoid wearing cologne, perfume, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark, as this could affect the processing of your return.

Faulty Items:
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for items that were faulty upon arrival or if there was an error in processing your shipment.

Items Received as Ordered:
For items that are received as ordered and in good condition, refunds or exchanges will be considered at our discretion and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Address:
If an address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the production facility. Should you need the items reshipped, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

Order Cancellation:
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
